During the installation process of steel structures in steel warehouses/workshops/hangars/lobbies, if there is a slight deviation in any aspect, it will inevitably affect the overall stability of the steel structure of the Xinjiang grid. So doing a good job of prevention is of utmost importance, so how can we prevent deviations during the installation of the steel structure of the Xinjiang grid?

1. Choose an appropriate time to measure and determine measurement accuracy.

2. Check and calibrate whether the measuring instruments are in good condition, whether the metrological verification has expired, and determine the accuracy of the measuring instruments.

3. During the production of the Xinjiang grid steel structure, the compression deformation value of the load on the Xinjiang grid steel structure and the shrinkage deformation value of the joint weld seam should be considered. During construction, the welding shrinkage deformation should be strictly controlled, and attention should be paid to changes in foundation settlement.

4. After the installation of the Xinjiang grid steel structure, temporary fixing measures must be taken or stable units must be formed to ensure the stability of the construction of the Xinjiang grid steel structure.

5. If the installation deviation of the Xinjiang grid steel structure exceeds the allowable deviation, it should be adjusted in a timely manner. For the Xinjiang grid steel structure that cannot be adjusted and exceeds the tolerance, the measurement values should be recorded. After approval by the design and relevant units, it should be signed, accepted, and archived.

6. The Xinjiang grid steel structure should undergo spot checks and measurements when entering the site. Any deformation exceeding the tolerance should be corrected and treated in a timely manner. Only after passing the inspection can it be installed.
