Prefabricated steel structure

In industry, prefabricated steel structures can generally be divided into five categories: light steel structures, high-rise steel structures, residential steel structures, spatial steel structures, and bridge steel structures.

1. Light steel structure. Mainly used for load-bearing buildings that do not bear heavy loads, using lightweight H-shaped steel as door steel frame support, C-type or Z-type cold-formed thin-walled steel as wall beams, and profiled steel plates as roofs or enclosure structures.

2. High rise steel structures. It generally refers to a structural system consisting of 6 floors or 30 meters or more, which is widely used by steel structure manufacturers in Hebei Province. It is connected or welded by steel plates in modern high-rise buildings. High rise steel structures are widely used.

3. Residential steel structures. It is a new type of building structural system that connects H-shaped and Z-shaped sections with U-shaped and other steel components. By fixing the main frame of the house, panels are used as roofs and walls, as well as doors and windows, forming a complete building system. It has the characteristics of low cost, light weight, beautiful appearance, and short construction period.

4. Spatial steel structure. Generally speaking, steel structures with larger spans, such as factories, sports halls, bus stations, train stations, airports, etc. The Bird's Nest is a typical representative of spatial steel structures, with characteristics such as complexity and diversity.

5. Bridge steel structure. Mainly used for bridge structures, the main material of steel structures in Hebei is steel plates. Due to long-term exposure to humid environments, section steel and steel beams are prone to corrosion and have high maintenance costs.
